Returns & Policy

Return eligibility and return periods vary by product. Most eligible products have a 15-calendar-day return window after delivery unless product-specific terms state otherwise. Most eligible Carl’s Place products have a 30-calendar-day return window after delivery. For mixed-brand simulator packages, the applicable terms vary by component. All returns require prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Buyer-initiated return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility. Returned items must meet the applicable condition and packaging requirements. Carl’s Place enclosure kits must be returned complete with all components; partial-kit returns are not accepted. Restocking fees, custom-product restrictions, and freight-return charges may apply.
