Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), unless the product page or order confirmation states a different handling time. Custom, backordered, or freight items may require additional processing time noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for parcel shipments and common freight carriers for large items. Carrier selection depends on product size/weight and delivery address.

Freight / large items: common freight carriers (curbside delivery by appointment)
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions exclude certain items — specifically freight items such as golf carts, simulators, launch monitors, and other oversized/heavy products. These exclusions are noted on applicable product pages.
If an item ships freight, freight charges will be calculated at checkout or provided separately during order processing.

Signature & Tracking
Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships. Some high‑value or freight shipments require a signature on delivery. If a signature is required and no one is available, carriers may leave a notice and reschedule delivery or hold for pickup.
Freight / Large Item Delivery Details
Large or oversized items ship via freight and typically deliver curbside (to the driveway). Optional services (liftgate, inside delivery, white‑glove setup) are available for an additional fee — contact [email protected] to arrange before shipment. Freight shipments may require appointment scheduling; please provide a daytime phone number for scheduling.
Freight items may incur additional residential or liftgate surcharges.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
If you place an international order, duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. Delivery times for international shipments vary and are not guaranteed. If you require Delivered‑Duty‑Paid (DDP), contact [email protected] for options.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. For visible damage, please refuse the shipment or accept and note damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, then contact support within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and goods. For missing or stolen parcels, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim and assist.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Shipments
Please enter accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any additional shipping to re‑deliver. If you need to change a shipping address after placing an order, contact support immediately; we will attempt to intercept or update the order, but we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for select parcel items; freight shipments and some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Verify availability at checkout or contact support before ordering.
Shipping Insurance & Optional Upgrades
Standard shipments include basic carrier liability. You may purchase additional shipping insurance or declared value for high‑value items where offered. Contact [email protected] for optional insurance and cost estimates.
Carrier Delays & Peak Periods
Carrier delays can occur during peak seasons, severe weather, or other disruptions. We are not liable for carrier delays but will assist with claims. Please allow additional time during holidays and peak shipping windows.
