9. How to Submit Requests

Alternative: Email [email protected] with subject line “Privacy Request — [Access/Deletion/Opt-out/etc.]” and include verification info (see Verification section).

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond to verified requests within 45 days. We may extend by an additional 45 days with notice.

10. Verification

To protect privacy, we require verification before fulfilling requests. For account holders: provide account email, full name, order number(s), and last 4 digits of the payment method used. For non-account requests: provide email, phone, shipping/billing address previously used with us, and a signed attestation. If we cannot verify your identity, we will explain what additional information is required.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention: transactional/order records 3–7 years for tax and warranty; account data retained until account deletion or per inactivity policies; logs and backups per internal retention schedules.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by law in the event of a qualifying data breach.
